About Beth Lynch
Beth Lynch, Intuitive Consultant, Medium, and founder of Inner Light Teaching, offers more than mediumship in her gatherings. She shares the power of understanding the relationship between the Spirit (relationship with God) and Self (personality).
Lynch feels the communication of those in spirit is about helping us as a species evolve to our natural and sacred expression.
Meditation is the tool and desire to know is the key to opening the energy to the sacred intelligence within all. Lynch is dedicated to guiding those to that place in the heart where the power of One’s spirit is ready to light the way to sacred power and peace.
“It is no longer that stuff, or for those considered more intuitive”. Lynch teaches us the truth of who we are as a spiritual and a human being. That journey begins at birth but there is a Source before that we all come from. It is accessing that Source daily that helps us live, love, create and heal the life we truly deserve. We should not ask “why” and one will not if they know their truth.
As a child, Lynch’s sensitivity to thoughts and feelings confused and at times terrified her. Fast forward 30 years of curiosity, faith and healing it is now her passion and purpose … to help others understand intuition, healing, thoughts and the power of love. The death of both parents in a short period of time made her face the depths of loss and the process of healing grief.
In the learning and healing process, the understanding of death also became clear. The truth transformed sensitivity into strength. In turn, her intuitive gifts and abilities were clearly about helping her but also to help others. Living a life committed to meditation, higher awareness and personal healing her sensitivity to the Spiritual realm became natural and helping others was inevitable. She feels blessed to help others connect to those crossed as well as intuitively guide them to a place of higher understanding in their own journey.
She has been practicing meditation and yoga for 16 years and knows firsthand the importance of balancing a spiritual practice, motherhood, and career. She has founded the Inner Light Awareness and Practitioner Program and is passionate about teaching meditation to all ages. She volunteers in her communities to teach and share meditation and wisdom.
Beth truly feels life experiences will be our greatest opportunity to learn and our greatest teacher. Embracing all roles in life as a mother, woman and intuitive she feels is a blessing and hopes to help others recognize the privilege of life. The understanding that we are energy, we are One, is important to hold in our minds and hearts for survival in our world today.
Begin with one day at a time, nurture the relationship between the Self and Spirit and experience the energy of love in all you do. She embraces all roles as woman, mother, author, and teacher, and knows the energy to balance comes from the commitment to the relationship one has with the Divine.
HOW DID I KNOW?
Many wish to know how I knew I could see and communicate with spirit. Here is my story, I hope it guides you to see the power of thought and feelings, even at a young age. It is where it truly all begins for many..
I have been experiencing what I now call sacred and natural experiences since I was a little girl.I have always been highly sensitive to the emotions and thoughts of others around me. Often making me feel over emotional. I truly thought something was wrong with me or why me for many years. On the outside the innocence of childhood but on the inside the fear of everything that was supposed to be the “truth”. >From religion to feeling safe at night was affected.
On a September 1993 in the early hours of morning I awoke from a dream. There were all grey walls, and people running back and forth. It seemed very chaotic. The detail of the grey wall was unshakable. Then I heard over an intercom that Mrs. Furano was dead. As clear as day I heard those words. My first feeling, it was my grandmother but I then saw a flash of my grandmother before my eyes. I immediately started screaming it was my mother. In the dream, I was hysterically crying and screaming no, no. I woke thinking, “what a dream” and realized I was actually crying and sweating for real. It was a nightmare was all I could think. I gazed at the alarm clock; I can still see the digital numbers, 3:15AM.
Thinking back I do not know how I fell back asleep but I did. I woke and had to get my nephew, who was 5-years-old, off to school. At 7am, we were on the way to his school as I turned on the radio and a dream was about to become a reality. They were reporting that an Amtrak train had crashed in a bayou and crews were just getting to the scene. I was in total shock and the dream came flashing back. Was that the train my mom was on? I felt paralyzed yet knew I had to get my nephew to school and call my sister.
I stopped at the train station before going over, so I did. They gave me a number to call to see about finding my mother. I proceeded to go to my sister’s, turning the radio back on, crying and shaking. I felt so helpless as I drove to my sister’s but it was what happened on the way that I knew my mother spoke to me from heaven. I suddenly heard her voice say, “Mary Beth, I’m ok, I am happy,” and in the next second I felt like I dropped back into the seat, and the radio came back on. It was her voice, it was her. It was at that moment I knew she was gone and she had not survived. I had always had experiences where I “knew” things. I would think things and a day or so later it would happen. As a child, this terrified me because I felt responsible. As many who are sensitive to the thoughts and emotions of people and spirit do, I suppressed it.
Like everyone else waiting to hear from their loved ones or trying to find out about them, that day was very difficult. It took until 7pm to get the “official” call that my mother had not made it. But on another level I knew.
Despite all that happened, I truly feel the visitation prepared me energetically, emotionally and mentally for the shocking news. I feel my mother helped me in a way she could from heaven. Healing was slow and a year after her passing; my sister and I went to a medium to hopefully find peace. It was in that session, my mother, an angel in heaven, continued her role as mother to her daughters. The first words out of the medium were, “a mother’s energy in spirit is here, her passing was like the crossing of a bridge, a breath, she is ok.” Then what she said would change my life forever. She continued, “and you young lady are not using your gifts. You will, but you must choose the path. You will sit in my chair someday and help many.” My emotions were not prepared at that time for what that seemed to mean. But it encouraged me to search out higher if not the highest meaning of life, death, and God. Which led me into understanding the meaning of healing, loving, and creating from a sacred space on earth. My favorite quote is “on earth as it is in Heaven”. I truly know this is one of the most important messages the spirit world communicates to us.
Fast forward 20+ years and here I sit, and yes, there are many details and many experiences since then I could share. I feel blessed to be helping others with the gift and ability to the sensitivity, to the energy around me, and the spirits who come before those who call on me to help them. I feel humbled and honored and treat the ability with the utmost respect.
I thank you for letting me share my story with you. Sometimes our angels are an etheric presence but sometimes they are those who shared time, energy and love with us right here on earth. But what is for certain is it is love, truth and natural.
Peace and love..
