Scheduling

• Please make sure you set your time zone first.
• Times not listed online (Saturdays, Mondays, early morning, after 7 PM EST), may be accommodated please contact directly.
• Log in with your email to schedule or cancel appointments via your email reminder links.
• All sessions will send zoom link, if necessary request alternative uses of Google Meet, FaceTime, or Phone

In-Person Sessions

• Locations: Port St. Lucie, Elliott Museum (Stuart), Spark of Divine (Vero Beach)

Private Groups / Special Events

• Speaking events, private parties, family sessions, classes
• Available at your home, office, or preferred location (rates/distance agreed before scheduling)

Payment & Deposits

• $25 deposit required for all appointments (applied to balance).
• 30-minute or audio sessions require full payment.
• Deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 3 days in advance.
• Payment methods: QuickBooks, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card (invoice sent).
• Balance due 30 minutes before session.

Cancellation Policy

Group Sessions

• If attendance changes, notify us immediately.
• Virtual sessions are as effective as in-person.

Recording Policy

• All sessions are recorded and provided upon request.
• Recordings are deleted within 90 days—please download promptly.
• We cannot be responsible for technical issues or lost recordings.
