This 6-week course is designed to deepen your connection with your highest self and help you trust your intuition with confidence. Through guided meditations and thoughtful journaling, you will begin to build a personal, powerful relationship with Spirit, your spiritual guides, and loved ones in Spirit.

Here’s what to expect:

• Commit to a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks.

• Each lesson includes:

  • A written introduction

  • A guided meditation

  • A journaling prompt to reflect on your experience

• You’ll create a private journal (Word or Google Doc) to briefly record your insights after each meditation.

• Once you complete each week’s five meditations, Beth will go into meditation and provide a personal intuitive interpretation of your journaled experiences.

This program is written in detail and easy to follow, with the goal of helping you build consistency and deepen your spiritual practice. You’ll also receive a recorded audio version of the full 6-week course to continue using your favorite meditations beyond the program.
