TAMMY PATRICKS VALIDATION WITH HER DAUGHTER ALI

My reading with Beth Lynch through Helping Parents Heal was full of validations that landed straight in my heart. She told me right away that my daughter had a personality — and boy, does she. Ali’s name came through first.

Beth asked about an urn. Yes — Ali’s urn sits in my living room, close by. She picked up on Ali’s humor and her silliness, and on her dancing. Ali danced like nobody was watching, in her own free-spirited style, and it comes through in every reading I get. Beth asked what was up with popcorn — I eat popcorn most nights, and Ali and I loved to share a bowl and be silly together. She brought up bare feet and the beach; I live near the Great Lakes, I had been going out barefoot in the grass trying to find some balance during a hard stretch, and I was planning to go to the beach the day after the reading.

Then Beth said Ali was getting serious, and that she was writing “I love you” on a piece of paper. Ali transitioned by suicide, and she left me a note — not in a notebook, just a piece of paper. It said: “I love you so much. I am so sorry. Mom you are the best thing in the world.” There is no way Beth could have known that.

She also said Ali was holding my hand and walking with me. In the time when Ali was struggling and we were working to help her find her balance, we walked every day and held hands. That was sacred time for us, and it still is.

Beth mentioned a small animal, and our dog came right up — the dog who found her way to me exactly when I needed her most, and who Ali always seems glad is with me. Beth saw a Christmas tree with ornaments; we have two little birch trees that light up every night, covered in ornaments in Ali’s memory, and one bulb blinks now and then. She talked about checking my watch. I wake in the middle of the night, look at the time, and it’s often 111 or 222 — and I say hello to Ali.

There were more validations than I can fit here — the letter T, the sense of her age, the way she came in light and airy but old-souled. Beth was spot on again and again.

Months back, in a reading with our WNC group, Beth told me she saw Ali walking backwards. Ali did exactly that, up the hill on our walks. That was the moment I knew, without a doubt, that she is still with me. That reading changed something in me — it built my trust and my belief, and I am forever thankful to Beth for it. She didn’t remember me during this visit, but I remembered her. I never forgot her.

Beth, thank you for helping us parents, and for showing us that our children are here with us. I am deeply grateful for you. And thank you to Helping Parents Heal for everything you do for all of us.

~With so much gratitude,
Tammy Patrick

Daniela de Sola’s Validation with her daughter Olivia through Beth Lynch

My first—and only—experience with a medium was with at HPH – Monterey Bay’s meeting with Beth Lynch. I had been curious for years but had never felt compelled to take that step. Part of me believed I didn’t need validation—I already knew our daughter is still with us. Over time, she has sent us undeniable signs.

And yet, having that connection witnessed and shared in this space made it even more meaningful. At the start of the session, we meditated. I brought one of Olivia’s crystals and placed it beside her name on the table. I focused on a waterfall that was special to her, and I quietly asked her to show the medium her cartwheels.

Beth mentioned all three—the crystal, the waterfall, and the cartwheels—along with other details I hadn’t focused on but knew, without a doubt, were Olivia reaching out. In just a few minutes, there were at least five clear and undeniable confirmations. I was left speechless.

What moved me just as deeply was sharing the experience with other parents connecting with their children. There was something incredibly powerful about witnessing that together.

I am truly astonished by Beth’s ability to translate these messages. She didn’t just affirm what I’ve always felt—she deepened it. I now feel an even stronger connection with my daughter, along with a profound sense of comfort and reassurance that I am not alone in this extraordinary spiritual bond.

Helping Parents Heal Shining Light Kids

I had a reading with Beth Lynch on January 6, 2026, and it was one of the most evidential and healing experiences of my grief journey.

From the very beginning, Beth brought through specific validations that were deeply personal to our family, details about my daughter’s humor, her makeup, her relationship with her dad, a yellow rose picked from our garden that very day, and even inside jokes like “Daddy” versus “Dad.” These were not vague generalities, they were precise and unmistakable.

Beth also delivered profound emotional healing. She addressed guilt, fear, and the confusion surrounding my daughter’s passing with compassion and clarity. Hearing that she was safe, not alone, and even helping others who crossed in similar ways brought a level of peace that is hard to put into words.

There were also multiple confirmations that unfolded after the reading, references to future events and subtle details that made us realize just how aware and present our daughter still is in our lives.

Beth carries both accuracy and integrity. She allows humor, personality, and depth to coexist in a way that feels authentic and grounded.

If you are looking for a medium who brings through real evidence, heart, and healing then I highly recommend Beth.
